I decided that the bottom vent would be perfect for using a cooler behind it. A stock Cherokee transmission cooler fitted perfectly and will be used as a power steering cooler. I didn't set out to fit this in particular but it just worked out that way in the end. Couldn't find anything else to fit as well. You can see here how well protected it will be. I will still add though some expended mesh in front of it to protect it against stones.

Final fit up before I panel beat out any little dents and dips and sanded it all flat ready for painting. It has taken to a professional painter as did not want a second rate job after all that work. He has sprayed 3 coats of 2 pac primer, which is thicker than normal primers, and he said that is all that was needed to remove the marks left from the grinding and hammering I did to get it all nice and straight. He was next going to skim coat and block it, which is where they spray a very light coat of black over it so they know where they have sanded. This shows up any low points before top coating it in semi gloss black.

As you can see not much sticking forward. Would be the same as a stock bumper. The corner flow the line of the flare well.

Here it shows the shackle mount in place which you can see how I made it here. The number plate attaches to this plate that was cut out of the front of the bar in the first place. It has a 2" tube welded to it so it held in place by the extended hitch pin.

This will be the last one I make for the front of this Jeep, provided it is not damaged beyond repair, as is third time I have made one for it.
